a good question

Actually, I have a whole book full of things he said to me that did not make sense.  
"You will see when I leave here I will only have one suitcase."
"You are going to see when I'm gone...."
(Upon entering our new home for the first time) "I am not even going to bond with this place because I am not going to be here that long."
