By the way when I say "fuck you Wael" it isn't verbal abuse...it is me expressing how I feel.

When you hold your feeling in for 8 years, when your own husband dismisses everything you feel as "you are being too sensitive" or "you just need to relax" it all blows up eventually.

Not answering the phone when he called wasn't the silent treatment.  No, it was me setting boundaries and asking for respect and refusing to talk to him in the moments I knew would become problematic.

The silent treatment is what he did to me - telling me to get the fuck away from him every time I tried to talk to him.

He knew exactly what he was doing.

All along.... from day one.
